Moon Police say a Waterford Landing maintenance man used his keys to enter tenants' apartments and steal prescription pills. Richard M. Jugovich, 57, who also resides in the apartment complex, is accused of waiting for tenants to leave and then entering their apartments to steal Vicodin and other prescriptions, according to a police report. Moon Police detectives arrested the man Wednesday following a sting. Click the media above for footage of the arrest. Waterford Landing residents reported coming home to repeatedly find pills missing and bottles rearranged, but found no signs of forced entry into their homes.
