Patch Poll: What Should Be President Obama's Top Priority in His Second Term?

The issues are many, but which stands out as the one most important to America?

A flurry of festivities will set Washington, D.C. in motion this week as President Barack Obama is sworn in Monday for his second term in office. With "Faith in America's Future" as the theme for the 2013 inauguration, the celebration will reflect the country's perseverance and unity, as well as commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation and the placement of the Statue of Freedom atop the Capitol Dome in 1863. The inaugural address, parade, and a number of balls and galas that honor the president will have a certain priority of their own. But when the hoopla dies down, there's some serious work to be done. Are You Planning to Attend the Presidential Inauguration?

Corporate Planners of Robinson has organized a charter to transport about 50 people from Western Pennsylvania to the Inauguration festivities in Washington, D.C.

Denise Norris will always remember the 2009 Presidential Inauguration as a once-in-a-lifetime experience. “It was awesome,” said Norris of Corporate Planners, a full service agency based in Robinson Township. “It was just life changing really.”  Norris will experience the historical moment all over again when she and others from Western Pennsylvania travel to Washington, D.C., to witness President Obama being sworn in Monday for his second term. An estimated 600,000 to 800,000 people are expected to attend the 57th Presidential Inauguration. I have great news for Ms. Norris her 2009 experience does not have to be “once in a life time” it happens every 4 years. As this past Monday has shown us it did indeed happen again! Oh boy!
