Ever had this happen? You pull up to a stop sign, come to a full stop, prepare to proceed and some jerk rolls right through the intersection in front of you. I've been through there a couple of times lately and am happy to say everyone behaved themselves and truly stopped! But someone rolled out in front of me on Wildwood Road in Hampton, not even slowing down when they got to the stop sign at the end of Hardt Road.
