A Middlesex teen charged with burglary in a Richland Township home invasion waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Suzanne Blaschak. Leo James Nealon, 18, is charged with felony counts of burglary and conspiracy. The commonwealth withdrew a misdemeanor count of possessing instruments of crime. Northern Regional Police arrested Nealon and a 17-year-old on Sept. 17 after a break-in at a home on Sandy Hill Road in northeastern Richland Township. Leo James Nealon's hearing before Magisterial District Judge Suzanne Blaschak originally was scheduled for yesterday (Sept. 26). Nealon, 18, is charged with felony counts of burglary and conspiracy, as well as a misdemeanor count of possessing instruments of crime. A Middlesex Township teen charged in a Richland Township home-invasion burglary was arraigned Tuesday morning and charged with two felonies. Leo James Nealon, who turned 18 on Sept. 12, was charged with a felony count of burglary and a felony count of conspiracy—burglary, as well as a misdemeanor count of possessing instruments of crime—criminal instruments. A preliminary hearing is set for Sept. 26 before Magisterial District Judge Suzanne Blaschak. Leo Nealon, 18, turned himself in at his Middlesex Township home after police contacted and spoke with him by cell phone, Northern Regional Police Chief T. Robert Amann said.
