How Have Pine-Richland's SAT Scores Fared Over the Years?
The Pennsylvania Department of Education compiles average SAT scores dating back to 2001.
The 2012 SAT scores for Pine-Richland High School ranked in the Top 10 for the Pittsburgh region for 2012, but how has the high school fared in the past? Is there are trend? Pine-Richland Patch compiled this list, using information from the Pennsylvania Department of Education website. 2001-2012 SAT Scores from Pine-Richland High School * 256 students took the writing test compared to 268 who took the verbal and math tests. I think this chart begins to tell a pretty good story about our district. I haven't done a complete analysis, but at the highest level, with a 50% increase in students in the district, our kids have scored about 5% higher on *average*.
