A Middlesex teen charged with burglary in a Richland Township home invasion waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Suzanne Blaschak. Leo James Nealon, 18, is charged with felony counts of burglary and conspiracy. The commonwealth withdrew a misdemeanor count of possessing instruments of crime. Northern Regional Police arrested Nealon and a 17-year-old on Sept. 17 after a break-in at a home on Sandy Hill Road in northeastern Richland Township.
