Gibsonia Man Indicted on Federal Charge of Child Pornography

A 35-year-old Gibsonia man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on a charge of possessing material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor, U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton announced Thursday. Jason B. Nolan, of 5236 Mallard Drive, Gibsonia, is the sole defendant in the one-count indictment that was returned Wednesday and unsealed Thursday. The Mallard Drive address is off West Hardies Road in Hampton Township, just south of the Richland Township border. According to the indictment, on or about Nov. 14, 2012, Nolan possessed visual depictions of the sexual exploitation of minors, in computer graphics files, the production of which involved the use of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
