Cranberry resident David Chisholm will stand trial after being charged with burglarizing a secluded home off Dutlilh Road over the summer. The 27-year-old, whose street address was not listed in court documents, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Friday before Magisterial District Judge David Kovach in Cranberry. He is charged with burglary, two counts of theft, two counts of receiving stolen property, making false reports to police and loitering and prowling at night in the incident. Chisholm also faces charges in Allegheny and Butler counties that include burglary and theft, according to court records.
