Bellevue Man Pleads Not Guilty to Burglary, Conspiracy Charges

Erik Sigal will stand trial in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

A 24-year-old Bellevue man facing a long list of burglary, theft and other charges in several North Hills municipalities pleaded not guilty Wednesday to burglarizing two homes in Marshall Township. After a preliminary hearing, Erik Scott Sigal was ordered to stand trial on two felony counts of burglary and one felony count of criminal conspiracy by Magisterial District Judge William K. Wagner.  He will be tried in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. A formal arraignment is set for March 13. Sigal is being held in Allegheny County Jail. Trio Faces Burglary, Conspiracy, Other Charges in North Hills Communities

A trio charged with burglarizing a Marshall Township home is facing multiple charges in other cases across the North Hills. In the Marshall case, Brittanny Jenkins, 29, of West View, and Christina Naill, 21, of Avella, were ordered this week to stand trial by Magisterial District Judge William K. Wagner. Neither women showed up for her preliminary hearing.  Erik Sigal, 24, of Bellevue, is charged as their co-conspirator. He faces felony burglary charges, but his preliminary hearing was postponed until Jan. 18. The charges stem from a Dec. 13 burglary in the 100 block of Wheatland Road in Marshall Township, in which two Samsung TVs and jewelry were stolen, according to Northern Regional Police Department.
