Martin Yan—the celebrated host of more than 3,000 cooking shows and author of 30 cookbooks including the award-winning Martin Yan’s Feast—will conduct food demonstrations at the Market District store in Pine Township. Yan’s 11 a.m. appearance on Feb. 23 is free to the public; however, tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
