Formerly a high school, Richland Elementary School has been transformed into a K-3 primary school that has a football stadium and track, baseball and softball fields, tennis and basketball courts, in addition to a playground.
Community outreach is a big part of the school. Students have collected money for soldiers and clothing for the needy, to name a few projects. The outdoor athletic facilities are open to the public when school is not in session.
