Here’s What’s Closed on the Fourth of July

Some state and local services will be closed.

In case you’ve got some "business" to attend to on Wednesday other than picnics and fireworks, here’s a list of what offices are open and closed for the Fourth of July.

The will be closed in the Pine-Richland area. Both the Richland and Pine municipal buildings will be closed. The Northern Tier Library also will not have hours on July 4.

People looking to get their driver's license or buy alcohol on the fourth will have to wait until the fifth.  Statewide PennDOT driver’s license centers will be closed for the holiday as well as stores.

If you are looking for some fun on Wednesday, the will operate normally from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., but there will be no swim classes offered. The Pool will also be open from 11 a.m. to 7:10 p.m. as normal but will not accept pool passes.

The will be open at 9 a.m. with modified hours and can be reached at 724-625-3500 for these hours.  and the Pine Richland Youth Center will also be closed.
