Singler-Fiddler Chris Higbee Brings High-Energy Music to Kean Theatre on Saturday

The show by the founder of the PovertyNeck Hillbillies kicks off 'Summer of Fun' concert series.

As the founder of the PovertyNeck Hillbillies, singer-fiddler Chris Higbee spent years performing his energetic style of country music around the Pittsburgh area and beyond.

Now a solo artist, Higbee is bringing that energy and music to the Kean Theatre at 8 p.m. Saturday.

"When’s the last time you heard a high-energy lead singer blow you away on the fiddle? If your answer is Charlie Daniels, great! ... Then you definitely need to see the one and only Chris Higbee in concert!" according to thelittlestatefair.com.
