Rams Lacrosse Reflect on Successful Season

For the second year in a row, the Pine-Richland High School girls' lacrosse team made it to the WPIAL Division 1 final four, according to the Tribune Review.

The Rams lost to Peters Township in the semifinal game, 9-7. It was a close game, but unfortunately for Pine-Richland, Peters' defense was a bit better, according to the report.

The game was much closer than it was the last time the two teams played, when Peters took a 17-8 victory.

Pine-Richland's coach told the newspaper she gave a lot of credit to the fantastic goaltending by Kaelin Clogan.

The team's offense was led by Tess Drotar, Madeline Collins and Kim Lubic, who each had two goals.

Ten seniors will be graduating from the team this year, according to the report. Congratulations to Hannah Christenson, Clogan, Drotar, Monica Ewansik, Callie Smallwood, Megan Raines, Taylor Thene, Leah Reimer, Emily Thill and Kathleen Mangano.
