Increase cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and build muscular strength and endurance with a combination of cardio drills and kettlebell exercises! Interval training will be incorporated in this class to achieve maximum results. All fitness abilities are welcome. This class is held on Wednesdays from Feb. 8 to March 7. Call to register.
