Tuesday AM Cardio Strength Explosion

This is the ultimate high energy interval training class designed for all fitness levels. You will get a total body workout by alternating between cardio and resistance training exercises. Cardio components will consist of plyometrics, cardio drills, agility, floor aerobics and more. You will develop muscular strength and endurance of all major muscle groups using a variety of resistance equipment such as medicine balls, dumbbells, bands, body weight and more. 

The program runs on Tuesdays from Feb. 7 to Mar. 6. Call to register.
