Mother-Daughter Mini Yoga Retreat

This mother daughter event is the perfect time to be with each other and share precious memories. This mini retreat will include one Yoga class devoted to poses and one Yoga class devoted to meditation and relaxation. The second class is from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 12.

Catering and refreshments will be provided by the Wexford Post Office Deli. Daughters should be ages 8 and up. If you do not have a yoga mat, one can be provided. All levels of experience are welcome. Register ends on Aug. 2.
