Monday AM Mat Pilates

Reform, realign and reshape your body with this multi-level Pilates mat class. Equally engaging your mind and body, Pilates emphasizes the uniform development of all muscle groups while promoting core strength, flexibility, circulation and skeletal alignment. Mat and towel recommended. This class runs on Mondays in two different sessions. The sessions are:

  • Session I: Jan. 9 to Jan. 30
  • Session II: Feb. 6 to March 5
