Indoor Cycling 101
Are you ready for indoor cycling? Joining an hour class can be quite intimidating for new indoor cyclists. Our 6 week program is designed for beginner participants who have never taken a class. You will learn bike set-up, techniques, correct alignment and gradually work toward a full hour class. Participants are required to choose one time slot. The class will run on Mondays through Jan. 30 to March 10. Call to register.
