A Night to Believe—Realize the Spirit Within is the theme of St. Alexis School's 11th Annual Gala, Auction and Dinner, which will be held Saturday, March 2, at the Omni William Penn Hotel.

Over the past 10 years, the annual event has raised more than $625,000 for educational resources and upgrades to the school’s facilities, such as a new roof, bathrooms, water fountains and paint.

Tickets are $75 per person with all proceeds directly benefiting St. Alexis School. The reception and silent auction begin at 5 p.m., with dinner beginning at 7 p.m.

Co-chaired by Tony and Kim Battaglia, Tammy and Matt Schneider, and Roger and Debby Roble, the 11th Annual Saint Alexis School Gala, Auction and Dinner is an opportunity for the school’s parents and the greater community to work together.

A wide range of auction items have been donated by school families, as well as organizations throughout western Pennsylvania such as the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins and Pirates, Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, City Theatre, Pittsburgh Public Theatre, Seven Springs and Whole Foods.  Other prizes include vacations and electronics.

Located in Wexford, Saint Alexis Catholic School provides students pre-school through eighth grade, with a Christian environment in which Catholic values are integrated into the entire curriculum.  The faculty strives to develop a student-centered academic faith community.

The school is located at 10090 Old Perry Highway in Wexford.
