Nearly 100 middle school students will take you on a trip to the land of imagination when they present Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka Junior musical.
The Pine-Richland Middle School Drama Club performs the musical at 7 p.m. on Jan. 22, 23 and 24 in the school's auditorium.
The performance includes songs from the classic family film, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, as the famous candy maker searches for an heir to his candy empire.
Directors Nicole Zetwo and Jennifer Mullaugh said they are very proud of the dedication, talent and work ethic of all the Drama Club students.
“Please support the Drama Club, and we hope to see you at the show," said Mullaugh.
Tickets will be $5 at the door. Pine-Richland employees may see the performance for free by showing their professional badge.
