Planning Commission to Consider Chatham University Master Plan

Traffic impact also to be discussed.

Chatham University's master plan for its 388-acre Eden Hall campus will be reviewed Monday by the Richland Township Planning Commission.

The commission meets at 7 p.m. in the at 4019 Dickey Road.

The university announced in January its master plan  to transform Eden Hall campus into the first university campus in the U.S. that integrates sustainable development, living and learning.

Plans to hire a consultant to review a traffic impact study for the university’s master plan are also in the works.

The plans must be reviewed and approved by Richland Township.
