Pine-Richland Dismisses High School, MIddle School Classes Early
Elementary students should arrive home around the regular time. All district activities have been cancelled after school and tonight.
The Pine-Richland School District has dismissed classes for high-school and middle-school students at 2:05 p.m. today due to snow and weather conditions.
All after-school and evening activities are cancelled. The boys junior varsity basketball game at Butler has been rescheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday and the boys varsity basketball game will follow at 5:30 p.m.
The district is dismissing high-school and middle-school students 15 minutes earlier than their regular dismissal time to provide bus drivers with extra time to safely travel snowy roads, according to a statement from the district.

Uppper elementary, primary and kindergarten students should arrive arrive home at their regularly scheduled time, although they may be a few minutes ahead of or behind schedule, according to the district.
District officials are planning for buildings to be open Saturday.
