A class designed to help those kids with special needs improve their overall fitness along with learning and improving their basic sports skills. Kids will work individually and in small groups developing a personal fitness plan using equipment and body weight training principal's designed to build good fitness habits that will last a lifetime. Also, sports skills will be incor- porated so that each student will learn and improve those skills enabling them to participate with more confidence in social game activities. Sports covered will include ten-
nis, golf, soccer, football and basketball.
This program is for ages 4-6 and runs Friday, Jan. 14 – Feb. 18, 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Class sign up is first come first serve. If the class is full other times may be available.
