Heartland Homes Preview to be Held at Pinecrest Model in Pine
The home builder is previewing a single-family community that will be built in McCandless.
Heartland Homes is previewing a new single-family community with a get-together at its model home in the Pinecrest community in Pine Township.
Although the preview party is in Pine, the new 14-home Waterford Place is located in McCandless Township off Ringeisen Road.
The preview party will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, at The Pinehurst Model at 201 Pinecrest Court, Gibsonia. The custom home builder will release the Waterford Place community site map, floor plans and pricing for the homes at the preview event.

The Heartland Homes team will be on hand to answer questions in an open-house format. Private appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first- served basis. Hors d’ouvres and drinks will be available.
The custom homes will feature HardiePlank siding, brick water tables, concrete driveways and upgraded landscaping packages.
