Richland Industrial Properties' Plans OK'd for Contractor Yard
Property to include 4,000-square-foot building on Foggy Hollow Road.
Township supervisors on Wednesday unanimously approved Richland Industrial Properties' plan for a contractor yard and material-storage facility on Foggy Hollow Road in northern Richland Township.
A land development plan for the property in Richland Industrial Park Plan includes a 4,000-square-foot building. The property on Foggy Hollow at Valencia Road is zoned for light industry and manufacturing.
John Schleicher of Gibson-Thomas Engineering explained that the lot is vacant and was graded previously. He outlined for the supervisors how the plan met the township's various requirements.

One of those requirements is for a $5,060 traffic impact fee to be paid to the township.
