Because of the Labor Day holiday, the Pine Board of Supervisors meeting was moved to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Public Hearing, official consideration and proposed enactment of Ordinance 362, establishing, modifying, and re-enacting the levy of Earned Income Tax. The Public Hearing on this ordinance was advertised for Sept. 6, 2011, but has since been deemed unnecessary. Therefore, it is removed from tonight’s agenda.

Final Approval of Pine Corporate Center Subdivision

Action on a modification of the previously approved Land Development Plan for .

Authorization for the to participate in the public safety day event on Aug. 19, 2011, and the Town of McCandless Community Day Parade, Sept. 10, 2011.

Authorization for the Board of Supervisors to attend the 2011 annual dinner of the North Hills Council of Governments, Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011, aboard the Gateway Clipper at Station Square.

Authorization for Scott Anderson and Larry Kurpakus to attend the American Planning Association, Pennsylvania Chapter 2011 Annual Conference in Scranton, PA, Oct. 16-18, 2011.

Action on bids received for fine grading and hydro-seeding of approximately 90,000 square feet of lawn area for the  multi-purpose field.

Action to approve a change order with El Grande Paving to add paving of the access road and the new parking area in Pine Community Park.

Authorize sale of the GVW Trailer to the highest bidder

Authorize advertisement/notification of the sale of a 1994 Vemeer Wood Chipper

Authorization to execute a supplemental agreement for the design of the Route 910/ Pearce Mill Road improvement project with Herbert, Rowland and Grubic in the amount of $14,800.

Action on Resolution 843, regarding Police Pension Trust, Act 600. Set date for review of proposed large budget items for 2012. Action on MUNIS Financial Softwareand determination of either a self-hosted or hosted site. Discussion on partial pre-payment of ESB loan(s)
