North Way Christian Community to Split Off Three Lots from its Property

Worship center is on Route 19 in Pine Township.

is splitting off three lots from its 32-acre property in Pine Township.

Monday night the Pine Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the worship center's plan to subdivide the property to create three additional commercial building lots.

North Way Christian Community is at the intersection of Route 19 [Perry Highway] and Wallace Road Extension, across from Pine Tree Shoppes and the Village at Pine.

The three-acre lots are on Wallace Road Extension near the intersection with Copperleaf Court.

North Way plans to sell the properties, but no specific plans for the lots have been submitted, said Larry A. Kurpakus, director of code administration and land development.
