New Wine and Spirits Location to be Built in Village of Pine
The Pine Township Board of Supervisors approved plans to build a new Wine and Spirits location.
Wine lovers in Pine can rejoice. The voted unanimously to give final approval to plans for a new Wine and Spirits in the Village at Pine shopping complex.
Director of Code Administration and Land Development Larry Kurpakus said the store will take up a 13,000 sq ft space in the shopping center located on Route 19. It will be located just north of Sonic and across from Dollar Bank.
The building will be constructed to stay true with the rest of the Village at Pine’s aesthetic, complete with a brick and stone facade and matching canopies, said Kurpakus. The building will utilize existing stormwater management and parking with an additional 12 to 15 spaces built in front.
“They’re definitely moving forward with it,” Kurpakus said after the meeting on Monday night.
Most of the construction will be contracted to Mastech Construction said Manager George Hric. He hopes that the construction will be underway as soon as possible and estimates the project to be completed by January 1st.
“It’s going to be a nice new store,” Hric said.
