It's Deja Vu All Over Again When Pine Board of Supervisors Reorganizes

When the Pine Board of Supervisors chose its chairman and vice chair for the coming year, it was deja vu all over again, as baseball great Yogi Berra would say.

The supervisors voted unanimously Monday to re-elect Michael Dennehy Jr. as chairman and Philip Henry as vice chairman.

They also voted to retain Cheryl Fischer as the township's manager and Gary Gushard of Tucker Arensberg PC as the township solicitor.

Here are other positions the supervisors voted unanimously to approve:

Township Engineer—Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering Inc. for general engineering; Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. for transportation engineering; and K.L.H. Engineers for consulting engineering.

Emergency Management Coordinator—Scott D. Anderson reappointed.

Zoning Hearing BoardScott D. Cessar and Sandra Cikovic reappointed to three-year terms that expire Dec. 31, 2015. 

Environmental Advisory CouncilVictor Lisotto, Cheryl Wist and John Zerrer reappointed to three-year terms that expire Dec. 31, 2015. 

Building Code Board of Appeals—George Haberman reappointed to a three-year term that expires Dec. 31, 2015. 

Supervisor members to the Northern Regional Police Department—Michael Dennehy, Philip Henry, and Frank Spagnolo with Edward Holdcroft and Edward Owen as alternates.

Supervisor representative to the North Hills Council of Governments—Frank Spagnolo with Edward Owen as alternate.

Supervisor liaisons to the Wexford Volunteer Fire Co.—Edward Owen and Edward Holdcroft.

Supervisor liaison to the Pine-Richland School District—Philip Henry with Edward Owen as alternate.

Supervisor representative to the Police Pension Trust Committee—Michael Dennehy with Edward Owen as alternate.

Supervisor representatives to PENNDOT—Edward Holdcroft and Frank Spagnolo.

Supervisor representative to the McCandless Industrial Development—Edward Owen.

Supervisor representative to the North Pittsburgh Community Development Corp.—Michael Dennehy with Frank Spagnolo as alternate.

Chief administrative officer of the Township Non-Uniform Pension Plan—Edward Owen with Michael Dennehy as alternate.

Supervisor representative to Friends of Pine Community Parks—Edward Holdcroft and Frank Spagnolo.
