UPDATE: Road Improvements to Intersection Near PRHS Delayed Until July 19
The roadwork to widen the road and install traffic signals was originally set to begin Thursday, July 5.
UPDATE: PennDOT District 11 has delayed until July 19 work on a $1 million project to improve the intersection of Babcock Boulevard and Warrendale Road in Pine Township.
The work was originally set to begin Thursday, July 5.
According to PennDOT, the project will make it easier for motorists to navigate the intersection, which is near Work includes reconstructing and widening the intersection, installing traffic signals and repaving.

Single-lane alternating-use traffic with the assistance of flaggers will be in place at the intersection from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays beginning July 19. Overall work will conclude in early January.
The Lane Construction Corp. of Pittsburgh is the prime contractor.
