Jordan McKay of Walmart's loss prevention department told police he saw the two place the TV valued at $800 on top of their shopping cart and head into the men's clothing department "where they removed the security device 'spider wrap'," the criminal complaint states.

"McKay stated that O'Rourke physically removed the spider wrap and that Lance appeared to be the lookout who was giving hand gestures to O'Rourke during the incident," states the complaint.

"Once O'Rourke and Lance had successfully removed the spider wrap from the television, they immediately pushed it out the front entrance where McKay attempted to detain the two males," according to the complaint.

McKay detained Lance and O'Rourke ran across the parking lot toward McDonald's on Walmart drive, where a police officer apprehended him, the complaint said.

"A small set of side cutters were found in O'Rourke's right front pocket" when he was frisked, police said.

"O'Rourke also took responsibility of a glass crack cocaine pipe that was found in the right passenger door of Lance's Infinity QX4 that police were given permission to search by Heidi Lynn Lance [wife] who was waiting outside," the complaint states.
