Pennsylvania State Police Promote Casselberry to Corporal
Gibsonia man is one of 33 tapped for corporal promotion.
The Pennsylvania State Police promoted Thomas W. Casselberry, of Gibsonia, to the rank of corporal.
PSP Commissioner Frank Noonan announced Monday that Casselberry is one of 33 receiving corporal promotions.
Casselberry, who enlisted in the state police in 1990, will be assigned to Troop C, Ridgway. He was previously assigned to Troop T, Gibsonia.
