Patch does not identify alleged sexual assault victims.

Statutory sexual assault is charged when the victim is younger than 16 and the defendant is four or more years older than the victim.

When police initially confronted him, Shore gave a false name then immediately stated he was scared and only gave the false name because he is on probation, the complaint states.

Two felony drug charges were withdrawn then.
