Linsz was driving south on Valencia Road when she lost control of her 2007 Toyota RAV4 , crossed the center line and struck a 2008 Saturn Vue and then collided head-on into a pickup truck, according to the report from Northern Regional Police Department.

The Saturn was driven by Timothy Robert Miller, 50, of Pittsburgh, police said. Nancy Miller, 48, of Pittsburgh and Florence Miller were passengers in the Saturn, the police report said.

The Chevrolet Colorado Z85 pickup truck was driven by William Crowe Jr., 50, of Arnold, according to the report.

Linsz told police a vehicle in front of her stopped quickly and she lost control when she hit her brakes hard, the report said.

Timothy Miller said he was travelling north on Valencia Road when Linz's car "crossed the center line and sideswiped him, causing him to spin sideways and come to rest in the parking lot of Aiken Auto Body," the report said.

The driver of the pickup truck, Crowe, told police that Linsz's car hit him head-on after sideswiping Miller's car, according to the report.

Neither Miller nor Crowe confirmed that a fourth car stopped quickly in front of Linz, police said.

All three vehicles were towed by Tom Henry Chevrolet in Bakerstown.
