Bradley Livezey of Wexford died in morning crash on snowy, icy road.

The driver of a blue Toyota was killed Tuesday morning after colliding with a pickup truck on Route 910 in Pine Township, according to Northern Regional Police Department.

Killed in the crash was 56-year-old Bradley Livezey of Wexford, according to the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office. Livezey was a curator at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Pittsburgh where he specialized in birds.

All three people involved in the accident were wearing seat belts, he said.

The roads across the North Hills were snowy and icy this morning, Love said. He would not speculate on whether speed or other factors contributed to the accident, saying that will be determined during the investigation.

Route 910 was closed for several hours between North Chapel Drive and Pearce Mill Road because of the crash.

Volunteer firefighters from Wexford Volunteer Fire Department directed traffic, which was detoured using Pearce Mill Road, Brown Road, Route 19 and North Chapel Drive.
