When voting ended Friday morning, 88 percent of voters had declared their love for the annual Lenten fish fry event held at , which is next door to in Wexford.

My husband and I dined there last week and found the food was delicious, and the service provided by volunteers was phenomenal. The price was good too.

This year marks the fifth anniversary of the fundraiser that grew out of the Pine Township parish’s “Get It Done” campaign to pay off the school’s addition debt.

Eat-in or takeout adult meals are $9; children's meals are $2.
