An up-to-date Market Snapshot of Real Estate Market Conditions within North Allegheny and Butler Counties, with a breakdown of current active and sold values by school district.

NORTH ALLEGHENY/BUTLER COUNTY REAL ESTATE UPDATE:
The spring real estate market is in full swing!! We have seen quite a bit of buyer activity locally in both North Allegheny, and Butler Counties over the last couple months.  That trend should continue as the spring market moves into the summer months. 


SELLERS: For those who have thought about selling an existing home to downsize or move-up, right now is undoubtedly the best time of the year to do so.  Listing inventory is fairly low due to the rush of the spring buying activity, so you couldn't ask for a better conditions in which to sell your home!

BUYERS: For those on the buying side, the market is equally as opportunistic right now.  The interest rates are at historic lows, and the prices of homes have remained extremely affordable.  With increasing rental rates, many first-time buyers have found this the ideal time to cease paying rent, and to begin building their own equity!
