Information submitted by St. Barnabas

More than $107,000 was raised at the 26th annual St. Barnabas Charitable Golf Open Monday, June 3 at the Butler Country Club to benefit the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund.

Winning the tournament’s Bell Trophy were Bob Crnjarich, Rich Crnjarich, Harry Klucher and Jeff Kreutzer.

Bobby Bradley, long drive entertainer and celebrity, demonstrated drives of nearly 400 yards on a par 5 hole for golfers to try their luck at a hole-in-two contest to win a trip to Pebble Beach, Fla.

Bradley was the first round draft pick for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1999 and is a seven-time RE/MAX World Long Drive finalist.

Jim O’Brien, a legendary Pittsburgh sports historian and author, also hosted a book signing of “Hometown Heroes,” for each golfer at the event.

Golfers also had the opportunity to bid on live and silent auction items, including a trip to Paris, an autographed Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl XIV Mega Ticket, a James Neal Pittsburgh Penguins autographed jersey and more.

The mistress of ceremonies at the tournament’s dinner and awards banquet was WPXI-TV's Darieth Chisolm.

Since its founding, the golf open has raised $1,762,587 for the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund.
