Roadwork is scheduled this week for Route 910 and Bakerstown Road in the Pine-Richland community.
Weather permitting, patching work will be done on Route 910 for the stretch between Pearce Mill Road and Route 8.
Work also is scheduled for Bakerstown Road in Pine Township from Graham Road to Valencia Road.
The work is part of the weekly maintenance schedule announced by PennDOT. All work is weather permitting. Lane closures and restrictions are possible in the work area.
PennDOT urges motorists to call 1-800-FIX-ROAD to report roadway concerns on state routes and interstates.
“PennDOT advises motorists to use caution, slow down and anticipate changing traffic patterns, lane closures and possible delays when traveling through the area,” according to PennDOT spokesman Jim Struzzi.
“Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility,” he said in a press release.
PennDOT also reminds motorists they can log on to 511pa.com or call 511 from any phone to check traffic conditions and cameras on major roadways before traveling.
