PennDOT to Begin Improvement Work in the Pine-Richland Area

Crews will begin the work on Monday, weather permitting.

PennDOT crews will be performing maintenance work in the Pine and Richland area this week. Work will occur Monday, April 1 through Friday, April 5, weather permitting.

Here's a look at where crews will be working:

  • Patching on Mt. Royal Boulevard in Hampton from Duncan Avenue to Route 8.
  • Shoulder improvements on Gibsonia Road in Pine and Richland townships from Pierce Mill Road to Hardt Road.  
  • Inlet repair and pipe cleaning on Hardt Road in Hampton and Richland from Wildwood Road and Route 910; and on Babcock Boulevard in McCandless and Pine townships from Pearce Mill Road to the Butler County line. 

Lane closures and restrictions should be expected in work areas. To report roadway concerns on state routes and interstates call 1-800-FIX-ROAD.
