List of Charges Against Glenshaw Man Grows with Hampton Case

The 23-year-old Glenshaw man waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Regis Welsh Jr.

Marshall has been charged with various crimes in Pine, Shaler, Hampton, McCandless and Edgeworth -- felony and misdemeanor counts of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, access device fraud, criminal mischief, theft from a motor vehicle, criminal conspiracy, possession, loitering and prowling.

The latest charges are in connection with an Aug. 15 incident in Hampton Township in which gift cards, a checkbook and debit card were taken from an unlocked vehicle parked at the victim’s residence on Ridgeway Drive, according to the criminal complaint.

Marshall was charged with two counts of access device fraud and receiving stolen property, all misdemeanors. A misdemeanor count of theft from a motor vehicle was withdrawn.

The victim’s debit card was used at a Giant Eagle and police identified Marshall from the grocery store’s video surveillance, the criminal complaint stated.

In the Pine Township case brought by , Marshall is charged with stealing credit cards, cash and gift cards from vehicles parked in the garage of a Drake Drive home after the owners accidentally left the garage door open overnight, court records show.
