Lane on 40th Street Bridge to be Closed Wednesday and Thursday

Duquesne Light crews will be relocating power lines.

Lanes will be closed Wednesday and Thursday on the 40th Street Bridge approaching Route 28 in Millvale as crews from Duquesne Light relocate power lines, PennDOT District 11 announced.

The right-turn lane on the bridge will be closed, reducing traffic to a single lane in each direction. Work and restrictions will occur from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. both days.

In addition, the work will require the traffic signals at the intersection of the 40th Street Bridge and Route 28 to be off on Wednesday.
