More rain predicted.

The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for small streams in Allegheny County today that will be in effect until 12:45 a.m.

"Rain and embedded showers moving north across northern West Virginia will cross the warned area this afternoon into this evening," the weather service said in an announcement.

"An additional one-half to three-quarters of an inch of rain is expected. With saturated ground this will bring streams and creeks out of their banks."
