ST. BARNABAS MEDICAL CENTER

Home Health Aide/Hospice—Maintains a healthy environment, including ensuring cleanliness of patient’s immediate environment, laundering of patient’s clothing, shopping to provide necessary food and supplies, planning and preparing meals, assisting patient in diversional activities, and providing simple treatments (as requested on patient care record).

VALENCIA WOODS NURSING HOME

Certified Nursing Assistant—Provides total patient care including such areas as bathing, oral care, feeding, skin care, nail care, shampoo, vital signs, weights, etc.                                     

Housekeeper—Perform daily and scheduled housekeeping tasks such as floor mopping, carpet vacuuming and shampooing, wall washing, rest room cleaning dusting, and other typical housekeeping tasks.

THE ARBORS AT ST. BARNABAS / VALENCIA

Cook—Preparation of all food per guest check and chef’s instruction. Production of food directed by chef or sous chef in accordance with safe food handling and temperature control procedures.           

Personal Care Attendant—Provides personal care to include hygiene, dressing, assisting residents with bathing and grooming. Assist with activities or social programs. Tidy rooms, change bed linens, assist with meals.

THE ARBORS III AT ST. BARNABAS

LPN—Direct and supervise all resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary. Make daily resident and environmental rounds.  Follow established standards of nursing practices and make recommendations for policy changes/additions to supervisor and administrator as needed. Assure that resident rights are being upheld. Identify resident’s problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate “lifesaving” measures as needed. Assume responsibility for compliance with state regulations.  Administer and document medications and treatments per the physician’s order and accurately record all care provided. Assist physician with the completion of medical assessments.

Recreation Assistant—Aid in implementing a comprehensive therapeutic recreation program to meet the needs of residents by escorting residents to activities, organizing volunteers, patients and equipment for each activity.

Certified Nursing Assistant—Provides total patient care including such areas as bathing, oral care, feeding, skin care, nail care, shampoo, vital signs, weights, etc.

Food Service Assistant—Provides care and cleaning of all dining areas in the Complex as well as kitchen equipment, refrigeration units and storeroom. Keeps dining areas spotless, including tables, chairs, carpets and walls.

Cook—Preparation of all food per guest check and chef’s instruction. Production of food directed by chef or sous chef in accordance with safe food handling and temperature control procedures.

ST. BARNABAS COMMUNITIES—THE VILLAGE AT ST. BARNABAS

Food Service Assistant—Server transmits menu items to residents, takes orders, serves prepared food to resident ensuring quality and correctness. Supplies beverage service to resident ensuring satisfaction. Also will serve various catered functions to include set-up as requested.

Maintenance—Performs routine maintenance on grounds, parking area and driveways; repairs the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry and mechanical.

ST. BARNABAS HEALTH SYSTEM

Medical Biller—Must be proficient in data entry and have strong Excel skills. Experience with skilled, assisted and independent living, and hospice billing. Previous long-term care billing helpful.
