Vision for Vacancy: What Business Do You Think Should Locate in This Building?

The 5,000-square-foot building is easy to access off Route 8 in Richland Township.

The big, blue, building on Bakerstown Road is, quite literally, in the shadow of Route 8 in Richland Township.

The Howard Hanna for-sale sign in front of 3625 Bakerstown Road describes the building as 5,000 square feet and an online description says it is for sale for $350,000 as retail/apartment space on .30 acres zoned commercial.

A short distance away are shopping plazas with chain stores like  Lowe's, Giant Eagle, Wal-Mart, Kohl's, TJ Maxx, Applebee's, Buffalo Wild Wings and more.

But this building is unique in that it is not in a plaza, yet it is conveniently located close to Route 8 at the Red Belt/Bakerstown Road interchange with plenty of room for parking.

What sort of business do you think should go here? Tell us in the comments—we'd love to hear your suggestions!
