A Look at Area Malls' Hours Through New Year's Day

To accommodate seasonal sales and the returns of items purchased, many Pittsburgh area shopping malls will have special hours of operation for the week after Christmas, while some malls will simply revert to their usual schedules.

See below for a list of area malls and their hours from Dec. 26 through Jan. 1. Also, see if those malls will keep their children's ride-along trains up after Christmas.

All restaurant hours may vary.

• Ross Park Mall: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m Monday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Dec. 30, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. (Ride-along train will operate through Jan. 2.)
• Shoppes at Northway: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Dec. 31 and noon to 5 p.m. Jan. 1. (No ride-along train.)
• Century III Mall: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Dec. 30, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. (Ride-along train will operate through Jan. 6.)
• : 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Dec. 30, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 31, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 1. (Ride-along train will operate through Jan. 3.)
• The Galleria of Mt. Lebanon: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Dec. 31 and noon to 5 p.m. Jan. 1.  (No ride-along train.)
• SouthSide Works:  11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday,  10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Dec. 30,  noon to 6 p.m. Dec. 31 and closed Jan. 1. (No ride-along train.)
• Waterfront Shopping Center: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Dec. 30 and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. (No ride-along train.)
• Station Square: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Dec. 30, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 31 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Jan. 1. (Ride-along train open year-round.)
• Parkway Center Mall: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Dec. 30 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. (No ride-along train.)
• Galleria at Pittsburgh Mills: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Dec. 30, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 31 and noon to 6 p.m. Jan. 1. (Ride-along train operates through Dec. 31.)
