Updated: Pine, Richland Remain Under Flood Watch

A tornado watch expired at midnight.

After a heavy round of thunderstorms overnight, the Pine-Richland area remains under a flash flood watch issued by the National Weather Service through 6 p.m. Thursday. 

A tornado watch for most of the region expired at midnight. 

Here's the latest forecast:
  • Thursday: A slight chance of showers before 5pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 74. Southwest wind 10 to 17 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
  • Thursday Night: A slight chance of showers between 7 p.m. and 2 a.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 53. Breezy, with a northwest wind 15 to 20 mph decreasing to 8 to 13 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
  • Friday: A slight chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 70. Northwest wind 7 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
