RADical Days Offer Free Admission to Museums, Galleries and More

The Pittsburgh area's museums, galleries, parks and other cultural venues are offering free admission on specific days between Sept. 20 and Oct. 13.

Want to visit some of Pittsburgh's greatest assets—for free?

Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD) is offering the chance to do just that during 2012 RADical Days, which runs from Sept. 20 to Oct. 13.

From the free family activities on Sept. 29 at the Frick Art & Historical Center in Point Breeze to glassblowing demonstrations on Oct. 5 at the Pittsburgh Glass Center in Friendship, RAD days offer indoor and outdoor opportunities at the region's museums, galleries, parks and other cultural venues.

RADical Days is a “thank you” to the public for its support of the assets through RAD.
