Performer Lee Alverson Pays Tribute to 'Phantom of the Opera' in Show at Kean Theatre

A candlelit Valentine Day's dinner before the show features a strolling violinist.

Performer Lee Alverson's powerful tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Phantom of the Opera will be performed Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Kean Theatre.

Preceding the "Broadway Phantasy" performance, the Kean offers a candlelit Valentine's Day dinner featuring a strolling violinist at the Mount Vernon Restaurant. The restaurant is in the same building as the Kean at 5847 Meridian Road in Gibsonia (Richland Township).

Tickets for the 8 p.m. show range in price from $32 to $52. The 6:30 p.m. pre-show Valentine's Day dinner costs an additional $28. The dinner also includes a gift bag for each couple and a special appearance by the Phantom.

Tickets are available by calling 724-444-5326 (KEAN) or visiting www.KeanTheatre.com.

Alverson, a Pittsburgh native, has performed in more than 3,000 shows throughout 38 states and Puerto Rico. He has appeared in Las Vegas at the Venetian, Treasure Island and Paris casinos.

Proceeds from the Kean Theatre benefit the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund, which provides more than $5 million annually to poor and low-income residents at St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Valencia Woods at St. Barnabas and The Arbors at St. Barnabas.
